Has a phd in Educational Administration and Foundations from Amman Arab University in 2010, from 2016-2019 Dr. Anwar worked at the higher education as the head of the vocational learning and training department, 2014 – 2017 as Deputy Assistant, 2005 – 2014 as the head of the scholarships department.
